To celebrate the first episode of the anime it's Sagiri Izumi from Eromanga SenseiI've been looking forward to this series since I did mostly enjoy Oreimo and so far episode was pretty funny so I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. I hope the ending whenever it happnes, is better than Oreimo's ending...

I'm digging the lilac outlines and the minimal color combination.
But I think the blue laptop light should not be affecting her face since she's actually turned away from the light. Does that make any sense? I dunno! I'm probably blabbing too much.

Lol yeah you're probably right about the light on her face. I'm not used to drawing reflected light so I guess I should've used less or no light on her face. Thanks for pointing it out!

I'm terribly sorry to be the one to have pointed that out. To be fair, it really is a hard effect to pull off. Anyways if you do decide to do a similar piece in the future, might I suggest a few things. Like situating the girl on a chair or on the bed. I think that would be a more logical position to have the light shining on her face. And I think by making a gif version out of the flickering laptop light would also amplify or enchance the mood of the piece.
Either way, it still looks great and I really liked it as it is.

Yes-yes, most definitely!You're welcome man. And as much as I appreciate new visitors and people saying positive things. To hear the same generic comments played out over and over again gets stale and old pretty quickly. Hence most of my replies are either helpful or entertaining. Because I do appreciate a good conversation. A simple gesture that had been quite forgotten in our like this-like that, fave this-fave that culture.
Everyone just prefers to react with witty gifs and emoticons nowadays. And that kinda sucks!

So far episode 1 wasn't as fan servicey as you would expect. I'd say give it a try. Plus I doubt/hope Sagiri here won't be the subject of much fan service considering shes like 12.
