This photo, unfortunately, I feel would be much stronger without her nipples photoshopped out. The whole set would be stronger, to be honest. Nudity is a beautiful thing. Photoshopping her nipples out, despite whatever reasons you may have had, looks completely unnatural. You can see where they were taken from, even.
Despite that, this whole set is stunning. Give the model back her nipples and it would be gorgeous.

Don't get your panties in a knot. When you share your art with the world, it's not just yours anymore. It's open for criticism, and I've given it to you. I could have been a hell of a lot more rude. In fact I think I even complimented you a little. It's just something to think about. Try not to be so rude the next time someone gives you well thought out constructive criticism. If you don't like it, you can be polite and explain why you disagree, or not respond at all. But if your rude every time someone criticizes you and you don't think about it, how are you going to improve?

You just want to see nipples, not actually critique. That's not constructive.
I actually am NOT rude to constructive criticism when I get it, but you just seem like a dude who wants to see nipples. I have my reasons as to why i removed them, you made no effort in finding out what that was. Before you critique, why not actually find out more about the work.
