Description I honestly can't think up a better title.

I decided to stop fussing with every single piece I draw. I just scanned this and erased the little black dots that somehow appear on the canvas. That's it. I always end up fussing so much that I forget to post it. I figured I don't post enough anyway, so I might as well put somethin' up! Besides, I love Becky. And pretty dresses. So combine the two and !

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to draw postable stuff much lately. Most of my drawing time is spent illustrating a comic strip my brother and I came up with. While that's very fun and certainly improving my drawing skills, I miss drawin' Wordgirl every second of every day (not really, but you know ) Also, I've been in one of the worst slumps of my life; I'm so depressed. Therefore my art suffers. I haven't been up to doing much; my bad mood is so bad that it's actually making me sick. But I should be better soon, I was better today.

Becky is a charater from Wordgirl. If I owned it, you would know.

I hope those highlights look like highlights.

Oh hon, I LUV your BECKY IN BLUE so very much! Its amazing how a nice dress can transform a 10 1/2 year old into something other than the small young superhero she really is. What a great disguise, in a way, although even superheroes & heroines need time off from their 'work' and enjoy some downtime. What better way to do that than be in an exquisitely styled blue dress such as this. BRAVO, hon!!

Everything you draw is postable. Just sayin'... Oooooo, I wanna see the comic!!! Is it the Miss Chou thing? Awwwww... I hate those slumps. I'm sure you'll be able to work through it, though. You just need some time. I'm glad you were better today. I know how it is to be in such a bad mood you get sick. It happens to me a lot. I wish there was something I could do to help.

But really, the shading and highlights on this are magnificent!!!! I absolutely adore then and you know I'm totally jealous 'cause I can't do anything like that! Man that is just so beautiful!!! How did you come up with the design? Did you get ref from someplace or just spontaneously come up with it? 'Cause it looks pretty creative from over here! Blue looks so great on her!!!! I'm so jealous. I would totally steal and wear that dress. Except it wouldn't fit. But MAN!!!! I also love what you did with her hair. I still like the highlight thing you do with the eyes too.

Haha, thank you! I've been trying to add highlights and shine and stuff to make my art look a little more real; thank you for liking it!

Yeah, except her name is Chaffee now. The comic is 97 panels or something, and I have around 40 to go actually... It's a lot of work.

I am feeling better now. I got some good news, and I'm getting a new book for my birthday. I was sick because I was anticipating someone to tell me something horrifying and I didn't want to hear it. I waited three days until I finally got the message, and it wasn't what I expected at all. So I was sick for no reason really.

Psh, thank you! You could do it, it wasn't that hard. All I did was shade around the white with brown lightly then gradually darkened the lines. Thank you so much! I got the idea while I was at the mall--shopping --with my mom and I saw the dress section. I saw a bunch of dresses which would've been great if they had certain things different, so I went home and combined a few then had Becky try it on. I would steal that dress too.

What's interesting about Chaffee? It is a ton of panels. It's a good thing I only do four a day. Or I'd be toast. My patience is being strained...and he's writing episode two now...so more panels! Yay!

"Nevermore" by James Patterson. It's the last book in the Maximum Ride series. Thank you! It wasn't what I was dreading though, so I'm cool now.
