basicly it was an eevee that team rocket experimented on and now under the ownership of red when exposed to either the thunder,fire,or water stones it evolves but afterwards can change back

jay would probably have a shinx or luxio(i have seen rom hacks where shinx is a starter so i count it as one idk why)
nya would probably have a froakie orΒ frogadier
wu would probably have Ho-Oh
lord garmadon would probably have shadow lugia
and afterwards when he is good again he will have a normal lugia

And there may be some way to bring Morro into the story, because that would be cool(honestly he had potential to be good) cause I liked him as a character, and he can have ghost Pokemon, well I better get started drawing them withh Eeveelutions(luckily I have most of them except fo Vaporeon and Espeon)
