no it's bound to happen eventually, like how Undyne in Undermix is Mettaton and Alphys Blooky like in Story Shift, or in that same AU Tori being Sans and Asgore Papyrus like Altertale, also I am probably gonna end up, if you don't mind, adding those to my huge sprite roster of AUs that switch the roles
