Absolutely amazing! The only thing I'd say is that the upper part of her underarm seems a little bit out of proportion. Other than that it's fabulous!

It's not really a repaint ... mostly blending modes and overlay. I'm actually not sure what 'repaint' means, but I'm not using brushes other than for Masking. Here is a link to the original image: [link] Individual hands and feet are all from 4 different sources ... so it is really pieced together and woven into a fairytale image.
