This is the main villain of Power Rangers Draco Force that Justin, Elely and Flopin have to face. This is Lord Ramarak, a Darkness God who has now awakened to conquer the Earth with his army of Shadow Lizards and his Draugma Monster creations, but there is only one obstacle in his way of conquering the world, and that's the Power Rangers (Justin, Elely and Flopin). If he is going to rule the Earth with his Shadow Lizard army, he must destroy them first with his evil Draugma Monster creations.

His most faithful but idiot wizard servant Tweag Repulso creates the Draugma Monsters to attack the Draco Force Rangers. He also has his two generals Kaizra and Dread Knight to lead his army of Shadow Lizards.
