Description Now this was an interesting creature, the Cryptile. Descended from the North African Lizard, this creature lives in the dried out desert of the Mediterranean. This lizard is highly adapted to living in the salt desert because it can run on it's hind legs to get to places quicker, they catch millions of flies on their neck frill like fly paper, and they don't worry about starvation because they get all the water and food from the millions of flies that they eat. They also lay their eggs in grykes, which are cracks in the ground on the Mediterranean islands because they can't lay their eggs in salty ground because the eggs would shrivel up from dehydration of the salty ground.

They kind of remind me of frilled lizards of Australia, what do you guys think of these creatures? Let me know in the comments.
