No, he is not alive. No, I did not kill him, nor did I buy him to be killed. I have high respects for all animals, dead and alive. I simply appreciate the beauty of bringing them back to life in the future through taxidermy rather then letting them rot in the ground. Taxidermy lets them be loved and appreciated even after their death :3 I respect your opinion, so please respect mine.

When animals are mounted, etc.. Are they treated? I've had the idea recently to buy a fox/wolf for my birthday. You've tempted me with all these amazing photos. Although they're not alive, they're simply amazing creatures!

like I treat them with love and respect or treat as in you need to tan the hide before you can do anything with it so it doesn't rot? XD I will gladly answer any questions I can

Like I said, I'm planning on (or thinking about) getting a wolf for my birthday. At the New Zealand, it's very strict, especially with animal products. I assume they're well treated anyhow, but it's good to check. So yes, about the tanning is my question.
