Description
I didn't draw this, just coloured the lineart. I will draw Squirtle later, I'll bet.

Edit: I forgot to colour one more piece on it's shell and even on the eye, so I think this looks better than before.

Edit 2: I've changed the file from JPG to PNG instead, because editing it with the JPG-file many times will make this more blurry than ever and even getting low quality. As well as I've fixed this lineart, I coloured it again, and it must have a high quality, rather than low quality like before. Also, making the background transparent will look better too.
