I love the hand/face movement analogy and everything - how still her face is and how his is so dynamic, and still they are connected through the movement of the hand.

Merci beaucoup... mais c'est avant tout un coup de chance sur cette action. J'ai passΓ© tout le temps du voyage Γ mitrailler les gens dans le compartiment avec moi, un papa avec ses deux petits notamment, et c'est finalement au moment le plus inattendus, avec les deux protagonistes les plus improbables que le bon clichΓ© est tombΓ© !

Well, to me, the composition isn't great. Especially the person in the back on the left is kind of distraction.

The point is that there's no composition here, nobody posed for me, and to capture this moment i couldn't ask people in the back to move out. And remember i was sit in a train, so i couldn't move.
This is typically the kind of photo where there's NO composition. One second to shoot.
