Subtitle: Paymaster of Hell

A devilish cunning imp demon who serves under Stolas. He was sent by Stolas to find him a conjuror to summon Stolas on land. He found a man named Hideyo Gurimoa who helped him summon Stolas on Earth. He was a very formidable opponent but was ultimately beaten by HAM.

Abilities and Arsenal:
Magic: Melchom can perform some magic, being able to conjure up contracts, performing insane magic tricks such as taking off his head and feel fine, can make monsters appear on whim and can make blood form words.
Monster Control: Melchom was able to have control over the minds of monsters, as demonstrated with Frankenstein, Wolfman and Draculas. The monsters will be freed from his control if he is slain however.
Melchom's Purse: Melchom carries with him at all times a purse that he can seemingly carry within an infinite amount of coins inside. Inside of it are of course many golden coins that Melchom can use to:
Explosive Coins: Melchom can toss out a barrage of explosive golden coins against his enemies. Once they hit the target, they can cause deadly explosions.
Greed Inducement: Melchom can make people greedy with his golden coins. Just a glance at them will corrode someone into greed.
Human Disguise: Melchom can take on a human form as means of a disguise.
Size Change: Melchom can turn 25 meters tall to combat his opponents.
Levitation: Melchom can levitate.
Regeneration: Melchom can regenerate from his wounds at a quick pace.
Weaknesses:

Ice: Melchom is weak to ice or freezing temperatures.
Low Durability: Melchom has a very low durability.
Trivia:

Melchom is based off of the demon of the same name from the Dictionnaire Infernal, who was the paymaster of Hell and served under Mammon. He was said to be responsible for aiding in, the receivings, holdings, and dispensing of funds, commissions, fees, salaries and/or other trades, loans, or sales proceeds within Hell.
Melchom is one of the few monsters not defeated by FlamingoMask but by HAM instead.
