These are not allowed to be sold under Hussie's copyright.
It specifically states within his copyright that only 2-Dimensional pieces can be sold (drawings; this does not include the drawings you slapped on to shoes, this breaks that rule)
"Q: Can I sell commissions?
A: Yes, under certain specific conditions. First of all, the "commissions" we refer to here are only unique, two-dimensional images. If you want to sell, on a commission basis, your two-dimensional art with Andrew's intellectual property in it, that's fine, as long as a) neither you nor your commissioner or any third party have any plans to reproduce, resell or make a profit off of the commissioned image and b) you do not promote yourself as a Homestuck artist. This means you would be creating single, unique images for a single commissioner who would not be using that image for any monetary or commercial reason. If you're all right with those conditions, go for it!
Q: What about different kinds of commissions (plushes, etc)?
A: Those are pretty much all no-gos. We don't allow any sales of Homestuck items."
You are breaking the "have any plans to reproduce, resell, or make a profit off of" part of the deal as long as breaking the fact that even if the images are not original, even if they are drawn by your friend and slightly different, the characters are still Andrew Hussie's intellectual property and you are breaking the law by doing this.
It is one thing to put these up as an example and offer commissions for other fandom related shoes, or even to just give these away, but in doing this you are breaking the copyright law and I will be reporting you.

Thank you for your concern. No one has ordered Homestuck shoes yet, though a few have bought other fandom-related shoes.
(I have noticed some other people selling Homestuck shoes and even socks on etsy though!)
I will be contacting Hussie soon regarding selling these shoes, though not many have expressed interest in them anyway.

they're commissions, so yes, they'll be on sale around christmas time!! though with the christmas rush i can't guarantee they will get to you 100% on time depending on when they're ordered!
but, around christmas i was thinking of buying christmas cards and writing them to whoever orders, using the mannerisms/quirks of their favourite character or characters

oh wow! i would LOVE some of the flats. but i don't like actual pumps without straps though, they always fall off XD

yeah!! i wouldn't want to charge so much.. i just want to make a little profit considering it will cost me a bit to make! and i have to pay my slave/best friend for helping me! but its fun to make them! and i'm a fan making it for fans so it's all good.

the shoes aren't specifically homestuck related, however. they are, overall, custom shoes. thanks for the heads up, though, and i will not be taking commissions for homestuck related shoes that are pictures from the actual comic. while the shoes shown above have some from the original, a great deal of the pictures you see here were drawn by my good friend matt looking very closely at the originals for guidance. (the shoes i will be selling will also only have his drawings on them) he would be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding this, and you can find him on tumblr here [link]
other than that, i have seen various people selling their squiddles and scalemates, which i assume would be more against the copyright info than some shoes covered in drawings my friend has done.
