Volquan is a 20 year old Squirtle living pretty much anywhere, usually on Mobius. He's chubby and feels graceful with it. He ate a lot of a berry the turns the pokemon pink before he initially ended up on Mobius. He can move very quickly. He is flexible. He has water power. His spin dash is a shell slide. While he's in his shell he's immune to spikes, in other cases he rapid spins (he might also be able to use rapid spin to charge his shell slide). He may not be that big but his skull bash has a lot of force. He can climb very well. He is durable. He has decent strength. He's alright against most of eggman's mechs though ice ones kind of bother him. He's friendly, protective, loyal, and trustworthy. He still wants to evolve at some point.

Dislikes: villains, jerks, robots, criminals, threats, being shocked, and traps.

Likes: walking, swimming, rolling, climbing, sliding, gymnastics, games, soccer, baseball, skating, racing, fun runs, fattening, Inflation, tea, water, soda, food, and sweets.
