Oh, my! Forgive me ever-so-much for my sudden drama there. Needless to say, I do say she's quite a keeper. I'm not one to judge about her... human-gifts, but I do would like to comment how her clothes have 'inwardly folded' onto the bottom of her bust like that, it makes it appear like she intentionallyΒ tucked them in there, tee-hee! Clothes don't normally fold like that, as far as I know.
Solid lines, soothing colors, and the red hat is ever-so-quite a nice touch to contrast the rest of her palette.
A great job, Gally-dear! Please do have these cookies and milk for yourself, and for your oh-so-lovely OC-dear!

But Mr.Fabulous, don't be so pessimist. The "human-gifts" are there mostly for you to distinct that IT'S A GIRL. Gardevoir all look the same, either gender. Also, yes, she intentioanally tucked it. She's supposed to be very... how can i say... rebel style.
