What's the story behind the two at the top on the left, the ones with the scars/tattoos? And is one of them related to the boy on the bottom with similar hair and a mark on his face?

Well, They are part of the longest story I have xD
In short, they're part of a different world, parallel to ours in which technology and industries are not very developed (not because they can't but because they don't see it very convenient). Anyway, their provisional names are Elessar (the guy) and Elendil (the girl) ... I took thoz names from The Lord of the Rings xD .. will change them some day <_<.
Elessar is the son the couple at the top beside the blonde girl. His father is not human, it's from a different species able to take human shape, (their true shape is more dragon-like). He raped his mother and he was born.
Because of the... mixture of species, Elessar shows an human shape most of the time but he takes dragon-like shape when there's fool moon and wolf-like shape when there's new moon (that's from his mother), loosing consciousness and feeling an insatiable desire for flesh and great desperation. Her mother tried to stop that and took him to a well-known wizard to "cure" him but it didn't work. The only effect was that, at the end of the night, Elessar in the *any of the two kind of animals* shape recovered some consciousness and felt guilty so he started attacking himself.
Elessar's mother abandoned him when he was like 8 and she couldn't control him anymore (she didn't love him very much anyway); so without family he was like a vagabond and moved from place to place so people wouldn't track him and discover who was he. However he didn't always get far enough from the villages and tribes before his transformations and ended up attacking them. When he grew up his dragon/wolf-selves well were known in almost any tribe because of the destruction he caused but nobody knew they (the wolf and the dragon) were the same or that Elessar was both of them, but some people suspected that he took another form between their transformations. Because of this in one occasion one powerful village controlled him when he was a "dragon" and make him a big mark on his chest with a blessed knife, so people could recognize him if he takes another shape. The same happened with another village but when he was a wolf, and they made him the scar near his eye. After this he traveled far far far away, where people didn't know about the new markings yet and that's how he ends up in Elendil's village.
... In this... errrmmm "parallel world" almost every village or tribe's inhabitants has a characteristic ability. The people from Elendil's village is able to transform themselves in any kind of animal. However, this is a very strict village and women are not allowed to do many things such as learning how to fight and defend themselves or learning how to transform.
Elendil hates this. She is a strong woman and doesn't like to see how his father and his whole village tries to control her and every woman's life. When she was younger she tried to rebel many times but nobody really payed attention to her, not even the other girls. The scars on her face are burns. They're normal in her village and they mean that the girls showing them are ready to get married (when they got married they got another mark to differ from the single girls).
She's compromised with the son of one of his father's friends but she doesn't want to marry him. They were friends since they were children but they don't love each other as a couple. Her father wants her to be like her sisters and act as a normal woman but she learns to fight, manage weapons in secret, as well as to transform herself.
Once she and a group of people were returning to their village from ... idk, traveling xD (?), they found Elessar behind a tree, between some bushes. He was critically injured because last night he had transformed (dragon form) and attacked himself hours before they found him. They took him with them and, once they were there, the chief said that Elendil should take care of him because she was the one who found him. Her father protested but thoz were the rules
Well, they fell in love and stuff and they also have a story as a couple but I'm not sure if you want to know that too ^^
And yes! Elendil and Elessar had a boy: Kohaku ( temporal name ¬¬ ), the shirtless guy with horns at the bottom of the pic. Then, he had a boy too, and that's the boy with the scar on his face *w*
