This is my new OC, Rafael for

He has been raised in a rich family and lived most of his life between lessons of many different things. His parents gave him whatever he wanted and his life was pretty easy, but then he realized he was already 18 and decided he wanted to make his own life, so he applied for Ap. 9

He is very educated and gentle, always willing to be of some use. He adores to listen to the others and gets really enthusiastic when someone talks to him. Very smart, responsible and it's always in time. Not very fashionable but not nerdy either. Although he's pretty skillful in many things he's too modest, to the point it can be annoying. Likes to draw, take pictures, write and sing, but he doesn't consider himself an artist. Loves coffee, furry animals and vintage and art nouveau style. Secretly likes to crossdress a little, but that doesn't mean he's necessarily gay. There are only a few things that truly upset him and one of them is the puppy eyes face I:<

Has social issues. Doesn't go out much because he's too shy. He sucks at starting conversations so he doesn't. Too nervous, which causes some tics like biting his knuckles till they bleed. He is extremely honest but he never wills to hurt others with his opinions. Truth simply slip off his lips se he's not good at keeping secrets.

Daydreamer and romantic. His biggest wish (and another reason for applying to Ap. 9) is to get to know his special one, wether it's a girl or a boy. He has no real friends and wishes to make some so he'll do anything to please others, except if that's against his own principles (he's very strict about it). Always carries his secret notebook and gets really mad when someone else touches it.
