While Deviluke has the Omegas and Earth has a ever rotaring roster of active Rangers Earth will always need heroes. With the Don Brothers proving to be duds and River City still healing from Sabu's attack the city needed protectors. Earth needed a team that will stay and fight the good fight. With the Ryusoulgers' aid new dino powers were made and this new team fills in when all other teams are busy.

After completing his training from Moonrider Epoch makes it to JA-Earth proper. Out of place and not sharing his Alter-self's good fortune with weapon upgrades (thanks for teaching me about him DeathBattleultimatum ) Epoch needed a friend to show him the ropes. The Red Ranger of this team stepped up and he repaid that kindness by becoming the Khaki Ranger, clad in light brown and wearing a cape like the superhero he is. He drives the Hebitsukai Voyager and the Ryu Voyager
