Kumiko was loving Mobius, living in a nice town with friendly people but she also lived by Bonnie, who was a deranged killer. Kumiko was too close to the case, she barely escaped with her life after Bonnie kidnapped her but was wounded in the process. She ended up losing her left arm but Bonnie was chased out of town so it wasn;t a total wash. Jax helped built a new arm for her, it looks like a real human arm but it has enhanced strength, a built in taser, a scanner and some added durability to make up for it.
