If i remember correctly, the setting of the web series is still in Gotham (although in comics, Nightwing does operates in Bludhaven). Please check the web series here: [link]

it's in gotham; i briefly watched the first episode but wasn't very impressed

Nightwing fighting the bad guys aside Catwoman, Huntress and Black Canary... hmmm... superb team-up, man! 
Just one question: why isn't Catwoman wearing a mask? 
As for the people in the background, I can only recognize The Riddler because the rest... are totally unknown to me.
