Description
History: In the years following the Great War, inside the Empire of Mistral, the military began to become so powerful, that the Emperor of Mistral became nothing more then a figurehead.

This did not go unnoticed by younger generations. These Young Military Students wanted to reform the empire, with more democratic values, and limit to the military.

However, after protests were ended with violent retaliation, most of the Young Mistral Movement Members went underground. To combat this, the Mistral Military sent the Ghost Department to snuff out this movement.

But the movement continues to persist, with members only meeting in secret.
