Tales tell that first he was just a simple graffiti artists but after octoling escaped from the underground metro tunnel and lab, many didn't had a blace to go or any clue what to do, so he formed the gang to find and help lost octolings and fight of hostile creatures, that are still wandering in underground metro tunnels.
