This happened by a fluke, I guess I moved the camera as it took the shot and got this pretty cool watercolor effect as you see here, used a Fujifilm FinePixA825 digital camera. This was taken at the World Scout Jamboree in 2007, Hylands Park in England at one of the ceremonies.
