From episode 9 of 'Ano Natsu de Matteru" (I'll Be Waiting that Summer)After 9 awkward-weeks of waiting for Kai and Ichika to admit their feelings towards each other....they finally confess their love, and finally kiss.
Kai was the one to tell her first, even if they both knew how they truly felt towards each other. Ichika finally admits to Kai that this is not the first time they kissed, since she first arrived, and saved his life on more than one occasion. ^_^
