"I-I don't know. I didn't expect it either. I just felt this sudden surge in strength. It's as if... I've done all this before," Minako couldn't quite put her finger on it, but it seemed somewhat familiar to her, "Teehee, you're so cute at this size~"
Meanwhile, in the Control Room...
"...Impressive..." Akihiko was stunned at what he was seeing, as was Mitsuru, "I... have to agree. We have a special one on our hands."

I recently started up New Game+ in Persona 3 Portable and I'm now playing with the female protagonist (who I named Minako Arisato). Yes, your level and compendium does carry over. So I had a Lv90 Minako from the beginning (as well as having all social stats maxed out).

So here we have Minako who's already stronk as hell. And with the Tartarus basement, you bet everyone else is gonna get the strength too.
