I think the punks do crime, but as team skull in secret. Like all they need to do is change outfits, kind of like a superhero.
Plus Plumera and Guzma do it too. If you battle them a lot post game, they do eventually take off their own team skull stuff.

ik the 4th time u battle guzma is when he doesnt have his team skull stuff on and ik u can battle him at his house post game. As for Plumeria, she is one of the challengers when u defend your place as the pokemon league champion when u refight the pokemon league.

Ah i see. Im exploiting the swapbreeding now. This is the first time i intended to get shinies through breeding. I got a 6iv shiny pichu once on accident but i gave it to a friend cuz I have a shiny pikachu already.

That's good, i guess. Since i used to wonder trade, i got perfect shiny pokemon like electivire, charizard, and so on. I aslo got lucky when breeding for a perfect shiny growlithe. And it was legit
