SO you all know that I have 4 swords[link] but most of you guys didn't know that I have 7.The top one with you can't really see is called Kilgorin. The one that I have is the 10th anniversary so hat is why the blade is black and gold. It is the shortest of all my swords.
The 2nd one down is called Anathar and is the longest sword that I have. Its pretty heavy too.
the 3rd one down has got to be my favorite of all my swords. Its name is Exotath. It's hand guard is a big dragon/ demon thing. Its very cool. I'll have to take just a pic of it because you can't see it.
The 4th one is Mithrodin which you have already seen.

The next one is the European sword and sheath.
The 6th one down is the katana I got in Japan.
The last one is Hitsugaya's sword from the anime Bleach.

If you need space you could get the sword racks for like 25$ or make your own out of household furniture I'm glad my GF doesn't notice one of are chairs are gone!!! XD

That's the problem. I have no wall space due to my bookcases for zoids and the space I have for my desk be taken up as I need more shelve space.

Yeah, I know. Oh well. I'm fine with them hanging out behind my door and leaning against my shelves. Once I get my room clean I can probably lay them in front of the shelves but right now it looks like a tornado went through

Nice swords! I'm starting to collect swords myself and I got 7 right now. Some are regular katana's but I got 1 from bleach (Sajin Komamura's sword) and the other is the blade from Onimusha 3.

Its just a fantasy blade made by the same person who made the 3 above it.

I like your Kit Rae swords, they always caught my eye. The one at the top my best friend had, I don't know if yours is the same but his was heavy as hell. Still I nice collection.

Thank you, I've liked Kit Raes swords too. It must be a different sword your friend had. The first is probably the lightest out of all of them though it fairly heavy. Both the 2nd and 3rd swords are very heavy with the 2nd being heaviest.

It was most likely a different sword, also the main difference is that the blade is the standard steel white. Still same everything else... well minus the heft. My friends sword was a at least 20lbs. Never-the-less whether they are off-shoots or not all of Kit Rae's swords are very sweet!

wat paint do u use on the wood or did u use metal

All of them I bought online or at stores. I didn't make them. The blades are metal and the sheaths for the 2 katanas are wood.

Agreed about the more realistic but I like that fantasy aspect of Kit Rea's swords not that LOTR isn't fantasy. Both are pretty cool.

mithrodin actualy looks great.
a sword has to be fightable. not like final fanasy where they swing nine hundred kilo swords like it was feather. i just dont like that. the kit rae swords have a lot of thorns and things that would actualy get in the way or were usless or would break with the first hit. to me it looks a bit like a wanna be swords.
the lotr sword on the other way are weapons which with you could fight with. plus they look really fantasy like(gimlis axe,legolas daggers etc.)

Yes, Mithrodin could probably be used to fight. I've always thought FF swords were funny. Yes, they do have a lot of spikes. Granted it could be used but it would be very unwieldy and would not cause a clean cut or it would be hard to pull out. They would also be a weak point as you said. Yes, LOTR swords could be used in a battle. They are more realistic to ancient European swords. They are also axes and bows not just swords. But Kit Rae has swords that could be used like LOTR and not have spikes or strange curves. I just have the spiky ones
