Description Redrew the cleric from that party of fruit adventurers. I like the old pose and "hair" better, but practice is practice. I will remember this if I draw her again. She is a cleric who prays to and maintains the Holy Tree that I assume fruit people come from, but this could be a racist generalization.

I don't think the clerics of this culture are actually not allowed to use edged weapons like they are traditionally in DnD. Considering how crucial blades are to plant care, and how, with things like grafting and cutting propagation, getting hit with a bladed instrument might actually be LESS difficult for a plant to survive from a medical perspective than getting bruised up and mulched by a heavy bludgeoning instrument. They probably have the opposite perspective, with regards to which weapon is truly "bloodthirsty". Some bishops and officers as far as I know did really prefer to carry around blunt instruments in order not to take life or spill unnecessary blood like the OG manual says, but, importantly, they were like clubs and bar maces and other very smooth things. A real pokey mace would probably cause more gore and nastiness than a sword anyway!... But I gave her the flail staff because it's cool.
