This is an idea that came to me when I was watching my highlights and saw this [link]
What if Lucien got hit one time too many and finally snapped? KaNack likes his two followers but its clear that they are not cooperating. I thought up a little mini series dealing with Cicero and Lucien Lachance trying to make amends and learning to once again get along for the sake of their Listener.
This is part one of I dunno how many.
Thanks to their bickering, neither of them gets to go on the Alduin quest...Onmund does! XD

Tonight I played Skyrim again. I prefer two trusted followers: Cicero and Mjoll. The character is currently level 63, and I consider Cicero the weaker, and Mjoll - the stronger follower. Wouldn't take Cicero to Solstheim, for example. And tonight I suddenly found a staff of fireballs ina Β character's inventory or house...don't remember. Usually I sell them, but now remembered your comic strips, and since Cicero was right behind the PC's back, granted him the staff, and hit the road. At some distance in the woods I spotted bandits, took the crossbow (I like crossbows since Morrowind, and sometimes call my character Joffrey Baratheon)...Judging by the jester's excited yells he noticed them too. All three were offed with fireballs before a single bolt could hit any of them. Don't remember when Cicero has been that much of help for the last time. So, your comic gave me double fun, and thank you for this.

People don't realize this but Cicero is amazingly skilled in the art of weidling staffs. IN fact, if you give him a few different ones he will alter which ones he uses in battle, taking a break from a fire staff to raise the dead before proceeding to attack. CIcero in my game has about 15 different staves ranging from destruction, to raising dead to conjurating atronachs. He is very efficient. I am glad you got to enjoy magical Cicero the way I have.Β

I swear, the number of times I have had to break up Cicero and Lucien fights via the console because Cicero was a little too free with his Destruction staves... It is exactly like dealing with children, so I so sympathise with Ka'Nack here.
