It's a pretty sad thing, but probably how Luan would have wanted to go. Still, it's a good thing she didn't have an audience because, as she gasped and shuddered violently on the floor, her dummy would have turned to them and exclaimed, "Oh man, I'm really dying out here!"

Seeing how there are multiple "Luan to Die"; I've come to the assumption that the events portrayed are merely dreams/figments of the imagination fabricated by the other siblings after experiencing her April Fool Shenanigans.
Because we all love Luan, right? Β

Gara's pics are often intentionally absurd for the sake of comedy, so there's usually no use for any "canonical/in-universe" explanations of the scenes depicted. But I'll give you that the dream/fantasies conjured by siblings explanation would make a decent amount of sense.
