Mother of Thousands Kalanchoe - considered an invasive species and illegal to propagate in some parts of the world - during the growing season the leave's edges are filled with hundreds of those little baby plantlets that drop off and grow a whole new plant. Each new plant itself develop hundreds of baby plantlets that drop etc... That process repeats and eventually the plants can completely take over an area, hence, invasive. Best to grow in containers to control where the plantlets drop.
