Just a tad something in honor of the final Harry Potter film's release Friday.Luna Lovegood is my favorite character next to Ron, and plus I enjoy drawing long, flowy hair~
My scanner really screwed this one up, so I did some edits in PSE 7.0.
This was drawn in pencil and colored with Prismacolor® colored pencils.
