Hahahahahaaaa, You're right, Now that I think of it, She does resemble megaman Oc, and Witch blade Oc as well, I'm pretty sure BLAZBLUE DEVELOPERS GOT THEIR IDEA FROM THESE TWO FRANCHISE.
