Refsheet of a new OC : Noxalis
Since I've recently done a lot of sketches with him. I had to do a quick refsheet first
He's a young explorer dragon who love to study the history of his specie. I'll share more of his lore when i'll do a full refsheet for him.
Anyway, i hope that i'll be able to share with you as much as possible about him in a near future.
