Ellie, stolen from her home by Night Hags as a child lived a life of abuse. For years the monsters beat her, cut her, and raised her. She was to become one at the age of 12, the very creatures she hated.
After finding a book It began talking to Ellie with the sweet voice of a woman. She would listen to her concerns and would offer comfort to the child. A day before her 12th birthday the book offered Ellie a deal.

"If you help me, child, I will make sure all of your tormentors suffer and will make sure you do not turn into one of them tomorrow. BUT, you must promise me that you will kill the new queen of the hags for me."

The child unknowingly made a deal with the devil Glasya, ruler of the sixth layer of hell.

Now 20 years old, Ellie searches the country for a way to kill the new Queen of Hags.
