Description
It was going to be a good day. The sun was out, there was barely a cloud in the sky, and the moon was just coming over the mountains. There was just one exception, it was freezing. Just another average winter day for Charlie... or so he thought.

He just got home from another day of high school and he noticed that both of the family cars were gone. "My mom probably took my sister to a Girl Scout meeting." he thought. He plopped his backpack down when he heard:
*CRACK*
"Oh, shit. Not now!" Excruciating pain shot through his body making him collapse to the floor. Claws started to sprout from his nails and his skin started turning a greenish hue. "OK. Calm down. Keep yourself under contro- ARRRG!" Another wave of pain, burning this time, went through him as scales started growing on his skin. Pain started shooting through his back as though something was trying to get out. The scales started to spread when he heard: *Rrrip - fwump* as wings sprouted from his back.

Through the waves of pain Charlie was able to get up and close the curtains so that no one could see him. Then he laid down and concentrated on not a new growing tail destroy anything. By this time the scales had spread throughout his body and the pain had lessened. Charlie's body had started to grow and horns grow out of his head. His cloths had disappeared when his body got too big for them. Slowly spikes popped out of his spine as his neck elongated. Finally his face started to stretch out and form a snout. A final wave of pain shot through him and he passed out.
