Introducing Lieutenant of the 4th squad Shinsato Junko... yeah so when coming up with a full roster for my Gotei 13 I knew that I wanted the 4th squad Captain and LT to be almost as terrifying as the 11th squad. So I came up with an old lady who's weapon should be labeled as a bladed war crime, and then for the LT I came up with some one the biggest player in your friend group wouldn't want to go home with lol. Inspiration for this character came from Midnight from MHA and Poison from Street Fighter, I hope you all like it.
