Oh Karma, you and your silly magic items.Turns out that she had a Tick voodoo doll. (As hardly seen on the bottom left)
Tick thought it was just a normal doll.
And guess what happened?
Karma, being a complete weirdo, starts pumping air into the voodoo doll.
Tick felt a funny feeling in his gut.
He felt.... lighter.
And lighter.
And lighter.
He then noticed he started to float.
He looked down, and noticed his bloated abdomen.
...
I'm pretty sure we all know what goes from there.

That being said, there is one thing I just want to point out, and it has to do with Karma's left eye, the one closest to Tick.
