Another character from the original Street Fighter, Retsu. According to what little info I've gathered about him, he was a student of Gouken's, and when Dan was refused his training, it was Retsu's task to beat the everloving shit out of him, hence this nice little image. Of course, if you've read the Udon comics, you'll see they tell the story rather differently........but it's LIES! LIES!! ALL OF IT!!!Of course, we could just agree to disagree.
I didn't change much about his outfit, just made it look more wrinkled and tattered. He just seems to have a " sennin " style about him.

Hey, do you know that artwork you unlock in SF4, that black guy, who isn't playable? Do you have any idea who that is? He'd make an awesome character.

Great pic man,love it. Of all the SF1 characters they need to bring back,they imo should bring him back the most,he looks to have the most potential to me.

The eyebrows certainly know how to divert attention.
To critique, since I can't make an official one do to account requirements, there's nothing really to complain about on my end. It's very good, though I think one of the sleeves is shorter than the other one on Retsu. Then again, that could just be from how I'm looking at it.
