Once again lad your depth and detail here are some beyond words, cannot believe the darkness you were able to create Gary, bloody outstanding. o0o
Love how you made Sam in her corrupted plant form and the pose and design of her certainly bends rather well without the darkness lad, kudos to this masterpiece.
And all in marker you say, spectacular skills you got lad, no doubt about it. *applauses*

There!!! That's what I want to see, some Eakin art. It seems like quite a while since you posted a drawn pic. The pic came out great. I like the stark contrast between Sam and the surrounding space. It gives it an ominous feel. The way Sam's hair frames her face and mimics the negative space is very cool. Well designed and well done.
