woo, i recognize a pattern in your use of colour here, this colour scheme has a lot in common with your winamp skin.. which is a good thing 
it looks great, although i think the part just about at the middle of the dragon's belly is a bit flat looking, perhaps it needs some more shading, perhaps it's just me. nice work.

I'm 100% agreed with this critics man. You are right. The reason is that I was working on LCD monitor and thought it's contrast enough. And recently I saw it here at home... Damn

Some people don't liked that blue colors here
I wouldn't have wanted to see it any other way, actually. The blue just puts that much more life into the whole piece .. which is a testament to prove just how much one can do with so little colors (though some would argue that "21" isn't really too little either).

Wow, this is amazing. The colors and textures are just perfect. And only 21? That's impressive.
I love the green and yellow you chose, they work perfectly with the dragon motif. The blue spikes are an interesting though. Not the hue I would've chosen, but it seems to work quite nicely with the other colors.
I know the basic drawing was already there, but you managed to turn something easily looked past into a wonderful piece of pixel art. Well done!
