gasmasked stiletto monster is it's name until I can think of a better one.
They used to be human but mysteriously mutated from an unknown cause. The gas mask and hazmat suit that was supposed to protect the wearer has fused and become it's new skin.
They have a slender hidden blade at the end of each elbow that can extend and retract. The blades are located just inside the outer forearms and slide down past the elbows.
The jelly tendrils are coated in currently unknown toxins.
Also, my scanner hates the colour purple :I

Beautiful design, I love the combination of the gasmask, hood and the somewhat baggy suit (not sure what's actually suit and what's biological parts, but I guess that's beyond the point). The barcode is a great detail too. I've seen some of these in your other gallery, I like the fact that they come in different shapes and clothing colors.
I find the... "hollow" shapes very aesthetically appealing, like the ones upon the "skull", eye orbits and calfs. I think it gives a quite hard and boney appearance, contrasting to the loose suit.
The huge, somewhat stubby, hands are a rather outstanding feature. I enjoy them a lot, not only design-wise but also that you draw them excellently (as in... hands tend to be hard to draw).
The eye stand out to me in particular, you did a lovely shading work there.
Very nice color combination as well, the black and white markings have a great contrast while the vivid blue and purple works very well together.
