Description Oh no, not more Zelda stitching!!!

Yes, I’m afraid so, but I promise that this is going to be the last one I post for a while … at least

These sprites come from the Oracles games on the Gameboy Color, and I featured the individual patterns for these over on my blog as part of Zelda month -- the patterns are now also on my website as well!!!

Rather than stitch them individually, I decided to stitch them altogether. I started stitching them about three days before the end of Zelda month, and even though I didn’t finish it before the 30th June, I decided to carry on with it as I didn’t want it sitting half finished in my work box for the next couple of months!

It’s stitched on 14-HPI vintage cream aida and uses Anchor threads. The border is stitched using DMC light effects shade #4210.

These are very nice! Moosh was my favorite animal in the series even though his appearance meant I'd be flying over a lot of pits soon. I really like seeing them all together like this.

It looks really cute when all of them are put together! I thought the animals were so fun to use in these games, too- it was cool to do something weird and different.

Yeah I thought that too which is why I decided to chart the sprites -- they were fun to stitch, especially Moosh...I love the colours

Now, this looks really good ^^ Nice idea to put them three together! Can I ask you a silly question? What does the H stand for in "14 HPI"? (sorry... I'm French, so... )

Ahh, Bonjour mon amie

I'm glad you like them!

You're not being silly at all, 'HPI' stands for 'holes per inch' so 14 HPI means that the fabric has 14 holes in an inch!

Holes, that was pretty obvious. Thank you for your answer A bientôt!
