I think it's very natural not to like the very thing you created yourself, it happens to anyone. May I ask you how you made this? Did you simply create the frames pixel by pixel and then put them one after the other?

i dont like it because too much isnt moving, this was made using only gimp so it was alot harder to make everything move. every part you see that isnt moving i did first, then i sketched out the rim of her skirt for each frame in red to make sure it would flow nicely, and  i did the hair and strap last because they were really small movements. its hard to explain, but yeah, basically everything thats moving was done frame by frame, all thats not moving wasnt, but i guess thats obvious.


my pixel art has gotten much better now though, so this just looks bad and stiff to me now
