Twilight spent her life trying to learn all that there is. In her journey she surrounded herself with friends that aided her in her life long pursuit. She lost that all against chaos. But in the fires of her old life she emerges anew, ever eager to learn and with a new friend that is more than willing to teach.This is the story of Twilight the Lost, goddess of Chaos.
Surprise! My special thanks for 300+ watchers and to get some story out of the way! The fate of Twilight and her friends won't be covered in the real chapter, it picks up kinda after this, so here is the prequel to show you what happen as you won't be seeing anything new for her in a long, long, long time! Shocked = Surprised, caught off guard, not expecting something to happen.
Frightened = Afraid, scared, worried, to feel fear.

As for why she didn't teleport away with her friends, well it would be the same reason why she didn't when Discord first showed up in the show. Rewatch the first 2 episodes of season 2 to understand it better. Discord is pretty much doing the same thing, but far worse.

This is so sad, because it's not even like mind control. They're just driven all crazy and extreme. He doesn't have any agenda or anything. For all we know from the last story, they might have the same goal as the CMC, and just couldn't work together because of what they'd become. It seems like Sweetie Belle understands this right off the bat, but even years later Apple Bloom just can't see beyond the demon and the crazy, that it really is her sister. And Scootaloo just likes kicking things.

I cant stop laughing at discord in panels 3 and 6, no offense but in 3 he looks like a woman, please leave it though, and in panel 6 he looks like a cute child!

I can tell here that before Discord put Twilight in that position, he had turned her friends (with the possible exception of Rarity) into the opposite of themselves (like in The Return of Harmony), Applejack has become a liar, Pinkie has become bitter, Fluttershy's become a meanie and Dash apathetic. Of course that's nothing compared to when they're turned into chaos gods for real! Of course Twilight (being the adorkable egghead she is) is all too willing to trust Discord for the sake of her friends. But she, and the others, end up giving new meaning to the term extreme makeover.
I suppose that once you are done with Lulamoon, you will finish up this prequel. I hope so, because this is epic.

Oh, and Twilight wasn't willing to trust Discord. She represents failure, she lost everything, she was willing to lose herself because she already lost her friends. She lost all hope and Discord was the only one left she hadn't lost.

Since you're not reall gonna show Draconic Twilight and co for a long time, I inspired myself to make my own mane six group loyal to discord pack. While the 4 of them keep their old Discorded selves, Pinkie Pie is in an insane mode (cupcakes kind of) rather then a angry mode and Twilight Sparkle is an Alicorn like Nightmare Moon. (Rarity's also a Changling)
