This was made for an old April Fool's Day project - "official" art for the Megaman PC games. With an eye towards making it look like something that Rozner Labs would actually make, so it's shamelessly traced. It was done a long while ago, so it was done by hand. If I did it now it'd turn out much better.

I had an idea that I would make the PC1 guys original drawings, but I found something out. I found I sucked at imitating old Capcom style. So I traced these too. Sonic was traced from a Sniper Joe with ... someone's arms. I can never decide if his want is a wand a gun or what.
