Description although part of the "Flowers for Sophia" project, in this picture there you can't really see Sophie, just her hair. This is me. I painted this self-portrait last year when I felt very bad (you must be bored of hearing this, sorry) and I needed somebody on my side, but there was no one. I needed somebody to talk to, I needed somebody to listen. The only thing I had was music, which is why there are headphones on the picture, turning into plant and also into some kind of noose, because the beautiful sad songs made me just feel worse in the end.

I believe thats all to say about this.

I'm glad you seem to be better now. I knew this was you before reading the description for some reason. Great details on the sweater. I can sense Sophie's presence here, not just by her hair, but by the "comfort"

This is really good and knowing the story behind it, it's a very strong piece. I like it so much, you can sense emotions and the gloomy atmosphere from it. This is just sooo good, one of my favourite pieces from your gallery now. I hope that, when you felt alone, art did help you. And I hope things are better now.
