That used to be a Holiday Inn, but I think it's already under new management and they sold of part of their 'gardens' to developers who have built a ghastly Po-Mo tower on it full of rabbit hutch sized one and two bed 'luxury apartments', as if we didn't have enough half built empty towers here already. I'm still wondering what kind of Wolly wants to live in a tower block built on the Wellesley Road semi-clover leaf traffic island. Presumably they get underground parking but, I mean to say, would you live on a traffic island?
