I always thought Terra's extravagant outfit & hair where Kefka's work, I couldn't really see her managing that herself

This gives me the image of Kefka growing up as a spoiled child of the empire. The clown getup is really just a whole bunch of luxurious accessories (probably fine silks, jewels, magical baubles etc) that he loaded himself with out of greed and boredom. Looking at this image, since Terra was kind of like his favorite tool (and probably one of the only people he could -almost- relate to) it seems like he had fun just reveling in decadence, choosing to have her around as a prop.

You finally uploaded this here too! I love it so much, I think it's one of my favs KT from you, everything about it is perfect: the theme, the colours (so pastel, so cute!), Kefka's loose long hair, that Terra is in for the fun! Perfect KefuTina is perfect!
