Β You know this is fascinating - I've actually been wondering what the young Jim Kirk would look like in 'DISCO' pattern uniforms - though if memory serves at the time of DISCOVERY (mid-to-late 2250s) Jim was serving on a Constitution-class starship (USS Farragut or USS Republic) which means he'd probably be wearing the Constitution-pattern uniforms seen on Captain Pike et al in Season 2 of DISCOVERY.
Β It occurs to me that the future captain might have last worn the 'Federation Blues' as a cadet, meaning his uniform would probably resemble that of Cadet Tilly.Β
